About the Grant
The John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation awarded the Rose Institute a $100,000 one-year planning grant to elevate the perspectives of cities in Eastern Los Angeles County as the County implements major governance reforms enacted through Measure G.
The Rose Institute team, which includes Ken Miller, Bipasa Nadon, Jarrett Catlin, Marionette Moore, Sophia Helland '20, Deborah Aguirre '28, Sid Goldfader-Dufty PZ'28, Dhriti Jagadish '27, and Shivum Kalyanam '29, is working closely with the region’s city managers to provide input into the Measure G implementation process. Abhi Nemani '10 has also provided valuable assistance with this project.
