Rose Institute Associate Director Shanna Rose’s new book, Raising the Floor: Federalism and the Politics of U.S. Minimum Wage Policy, was recently published by the University of Chicago Press. The book has received stellar reviews from leading scholars, including MIT Professor Andrea Campbell, who says, “Shanna Rose’s magisterial account shows how the development of the minimum wage reflects nearly every political struggle of the past 100 years.”
